We offer three detached high quality villas for short
and long term stays. See attached links for complete details.
All villas have 2 large bedrooms,
three AC units, full kitchens with large refrigerators, 4 burner gas stoves
and ovens, a full set of kitchen utensils and
private outdoor terraces. One villa has the same configuration but with
one queen sized bed and a second double bed.
Las Palmas is the largest villa with
about 2000 SF under roof. This unit has two outdoor terraces in an extremely private self-contained
and walled orchard/garden area with mango, papaya, lime, and coconut trees plus extensive flowers and flowering shrubs.
Las Brisas has about 1500 SF under roof has two
large bedrooms both with queen sized beds plus two full baths with showers of which
one bath is ensuite.
Las Olas has about 1100 SF under roof
with two bedrooms; one with a queen and the second with a double bed. It
has a separate shower area and a separate two piece bathroom.
Our villas are surrounded by lush flowering gardens and
surround our very private private swimming pool with a protected BBQ area.
The pool features strategically placed two bohias for all day swimming
in the shade if you so wish.
Our villas are located directly across the street
(about a 100 meter or 300 foot walk) from the spectacular Playa Serena beach for
excellent swimming and even surfing. Our property backs onto a private 18 hole Coronado Golf Club and Spa
with three restaurants. Day and week passes are available.
Each villa contains:
- a 26" cable TV
with about 140 channels (15 English movie channels plus 5 English
news channels ... CNN etc)
- three AC units in each unit with
typically 5-6 ceiling fans
- two bedrooms with queen sized beds
except for Las Olas which has a Queen and a Double bed.
- fully installed kitchen with stove and
full sized fridge
- hard-wired" ADSL, four meg, internet plus a private wireless router for
terrace work
- Private terrace(s).
A $100 deposit is required to reserve and you
should contact us by email. We prefer that you make a payment using
PayPal. You will receive instant confirmation of payment by email from PayPal.
For longer term stays, a 50% deposit may be required 60 days before your move-in date.
The balance is due and payable on arrival unless a long-term
lease has been signed.
Unless other arrangements have been made in advance,
your arrival should be planned for sometime between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM
and your departure should be planned for sometime before 11:00 AM so that we
have time to prepare the villa for new guests.
A full refund of your deposit money is made if you provide us
with a 45 day notice in writing to cancel your visit.
Refund Policy for Shortened Stays
- A transferable, 12 month “credit note”
will be issued to you if your actual stay is shorter than originally planned
for whatever reason. This credit note can be used by you at a
future date, a family member or by a friend based on space availability.
